DEMO EVALUATION AGREEMENT
We understand that the software and related documentation, including output reports, screen designs, data entry techniques and programming methodology are copyrighted and constitute proprietary and confidential information. We agree to use the product and documentation solely for internal testing and evaluation, and we shall not, in any manner, attempt to reverse engineer or duplicate the software or its design techniques. We shall not disclose, transfer, duplicate or otherwise make the information available to any person outside our organization.
